            Summary: All purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple's standard refund process.
        

1. Purchase Information

Swipey: The Photo Cleaner offers a one-time lifetime premium purchase at ₹199 (or equivalent in your local currency). This is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple.

2. Refund Process

Since all purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

To request a refund from Apple:

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find the Swipey purchase in your history
Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason
Submit the request

Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.

3. Refund Eligibility

Apple may grant refunds in cases including but not limited to:

Accidental or unauthorized purchases
App not functioning as described
Technical issues preventing use of purchased features

4. After a Refund

If Apple approves your refund:

The premium features will be revoked
You will return to the free tier with limited scans and deletions
No data will be lost — your photos are unaffected

5. Try Before You Buy

Swipey lets you try the app before purchasing. The free tier includes:

One full photo library scan with complete results
One free photo deletion
Full visibility into all categories and potential savings

We encourage you to use the free scan to evaluate the app's value before purchasing premium.
